I have been an Account Manager for a digital media post production company.   My job entailed managing multiple studio accounts.   Placing orders, monitoring and trouble shooting orders until completion, working with tight hard deadlines.   Written and oral communications with clients, and also internal teams.  Working with the sales team to make sure clients are aware of new services that may benefit them.   Working with the onboarding team when the client brought on new platforms to ensure successful set up in a timely manner.  Managing workflows between various vendors and facilities.  Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
