With over 18 years of IT industry experience and multiple certifications in Agile methodologies, I specialize in delivering complex and innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and generate revenue across multiple channels and touchpoints.

As the Product Manager for the Product Catalogue Management Capability, I spearhead the development of essential APIs that cater to diverse sales and service platforms. I collaborate with Capability Product Owners, distributed engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer demands and project timelines. I also play a pivotal role in clarifying open architecture topics and making decisions aligned with our strategy. I work in  complex projects within the SCRUM and SAFe frameworks.
